Winners of the costume contest at the 3rd annual Halloween GALA held Saturday October 30th were: Best Theme costume, Tom Bolt as Elvis Best Over all costume, Charles Kim as a whaling ship that was followed by GreenPeace Best couple was Hank and Penny Feuerzeig as James Dean and his agent
